Staff Correspondent: A mobile court of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) on Wednesday fined the owner of a building in the upmarket Gulshan-2 neighbourhood Tk 2 lakh after finding Aedes mosquito larvae in a dirty rooftop at Gulshan-2 in the city.
