Sports Desk: The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday announced that Jeff Crowe of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees, who officiated in the first Test between Bangladesh and Australia in Dhaka from 27 to 30 August, has rated the Shere Bangla National Stadium outfield for that match as “poor.”
