Stay of trial proceedings of Nawshaba’s case upheld
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has upheld a High Court order that stayed trial proceedings of a case filed against actor Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed-- under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act.
