Obaidul Quader to be shifted to cabin from ICU

Senior Correspondent: Awami League (AL) general secretary Obaidul Quader will be shifted to cabin from intensive care unit (ICU) at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore as his condition is improving.
