Augustin Sujan Barai: Today (April 24) is the fifth anniversary of Rana Plaza tragedy. On this day in 2013, the building collapsed in Savar on the outskirts of capital Dhaka, leaving at least 1,138 people dead and 2,500 others injured in the deadliest garment-factory accident in history.
