Desk Report: The maritime ports of the country have been advised to hoist cautionary signal number three due to a depression that developed over northwest bay and adjoining west central bay moved slightly northwards and now lies over the same area, said a special weather bulletin issued by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Thursday.
